Pitalito Airport (PTX), officially known as Contador Airport, is a primary domestic aviation hub serving the city of Pitalito and the southern Huila Department of Colombia, located approximately 2.5 miles (4 km) west of the city center. The airport operates from a single, compact passenger terminal designed for high efficiency and rapid transit, acting as a critical infrastructure link for the region. It primarily connects southern Huila to the national capital of Bogotá (BOG) via regular scheduled services by carriers such as SATENA and Clic.
