Parsabad-Moghan Airport (PFQ) is a regional aviation facility serving the city of Parsabad and the fertile Moghan Plain in the Ardabil Province of northern Iran. The airport operates from a single, functional passenger terminal building designed primarily to facilitate domestic travel and essential charter flights supporting the region's significant agricultural sector. It acts as a vital infrastructure link, connecting the northern border region to the national capital hub of Tehran-Mehrabad (THR).

The terminal infrastructure provides a range of essential amenities for travelers, including a dedicated business lounge for eligible passengers and a comfortable waiting hall equipped with free Wi-Fi. For dining, the facility houses an on-site restaurant and canteen that serves traditional Iranian refreshments and light meals synchronized with flight schedules. The building also features specialized spaces like prayer rooms (*Mosalla*), a children's play area, and basic medical support for urgent passenger assistance.

Operationally, the airport features a substantial 8,490-foot (2,588m) asphalt runway (11/29) situated at an elevation of 253 feet above sea level.
