César Gaviria Trujillo Airport (PDA), formerly known as Obando Airport, is the primary aviation gateway serving Puerto Inírida, the capital of the Guainía department in the Colombian Amazon. The airport operates from a single, compact passenger terminal designed to facilitate domestic regional travel and essential cargo operations for the 'Land of Many Waters.' It acts as a critical infrastructure link for this remote region, situated approximately 1.2 miles (2 km) east of the town center near the confluence of the Orinoco and Meta rivers.
