Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) operates through a single, efficiently designed terminal complex divided into three levels and three distinct concourses: A, B, and C. Level 1 handles all arrivals and baggage claim, Level 2 houses security and all departure gates, and Level 3 is dedicated to airline ticketing and check-in services. The terminal infrastructure provides a variety of unique amenities, including an 8-hole indoor putting green on Level 2 and multiple pet relief areas both inside and outside the building. Travelers have access to the premium Escape Lounge on Level 2 and a Delta Sky Club in Concourse C, alongside numerous dining options like Sam Snead's and Rooney's Public House. A major multi-year culinary overhaul is currently underway to introduce local favorites like Rocco's Tacos and Pistache French Bistro.
