It serves as a vital transportation hub for Western Kentucky. The terminal infrastructure provides a range of amenities for travelers, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, numerous charging stations, and a small cafeteria for light meals and refreshments. The facility is fully ADA-compliant and features family-friendly spaces like dedicated diaper-changing areas. Boarding typically involves a short walk from the gate directly onto the aircraft, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for all passengers.
