The first floor serves as the arrivals and check-in hub, housing airline ticket counters, baggage claim carousels, and ground transportation desks. The second floor contains the TSA security checkpoint and a modern passenger holdroom area with six boarding gates, four of which are equipped with jetways for mainline aircraft. The terminal provides a range of amenities for travelers, including dining options like the Mirage Express and Lounge and the Thomas Landers Cafe, which is known for serving local New England favorites. Passengers have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the building, dedicated device charging stations in the waiting lounges, and a Hudson News gift shop for travel essentials.
