Liupanshui Yuezhao Airport (LPF) is a domestic aviation facility serving the city of Liupanshui in the Guizhou Province of China. Located approximately 10.5 kilometers from the city center in the Zhongshan District, the airport acts as a primary link for the regional population, connecting them to major hubs like Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. The facility operates from a single, modern passenger terminal building covering approximately 8,000 square meters, designed to separate passenger flows across two main levels. The terminal building provides a functional environment for travelers, housing essential services including centralized check-in counters on the first floor and security screening points leading to the departures hall. Inside, passengers have access to multiple boarding gates and comfortable waiting lounges, including specialized First Class lounges located near Gate 2 and Gate 4. Amenities at the terminal include basic necessities such as convenience stores, a café, and retail shops selling local Guizhou liquor and ethnic crafts. The facility also provides essential services such as a nursing room and a police service center for travelers' convenience. Ground transportation to and from the LPF terminal is well-coordinated, with a dedicated airport shuttle bus connecting the facility to the Dewu General Coach Station in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Local taxis are also readily available outside the arrivals area on the first floor for quick access to the city center. As a regional focus city for carriers such as Air China, China Southern, and Tianjin Airlines, the airport provides frequent links to major domestic destinations. Travelers are encouraged to arrive at least 90 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth transition through the terminal's efficient processes, as check-in typically closes one hour before flight time.
