Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT), also known as Adams Field, is the primary commercial aviation facility serving Little Rock and the state of Arkansas. Located approximately two miles east of the central business district, the airport operates from a single, compact passenger terminal building designed for high-efficiency transit and ease of navigation. The facility is organized across two main levels, with the lower level dedicated to arrivals, baggage claim, and ground transportation, while the upper level houses check-in counters and the central TSA security checkpoint. Following security, passengers enter a single, linear concourse featuring 12 boarding gates (Gates 1–12). The terminal experience is distinguished by several local touches, including the iconic rocking chairs provided for relaxation and the 'Arkansas Gallery' which showcases regional art. Inside the secure zone, travelers have access to a variety of dining options including local favorites like Whole Hog Café and Starbucks, alongside essential retail shops.
