Jinzhou Bay Airport (JNZ)

Jinzhou Bay Airport (JNZ), also known as Jinzhou Jinzhouwan Airport, is a significant domestic aviation facility serving the city of Jinzhou and the western Liaoning province in China. Commencing operations in late 2015, it replaced the older Jinzhou Xiaolingzi Airport to better accommodate the region's growing demand for air travel and modernize the local infrastructure. The airport is located in Linghai, approximately 20 kilometers from the Jinzhou city center, and serves as a key transportation link for both business and leisure travel within the Bohai Economic Rim.

The airport features a single, modern passenger terminal spanning approximately 7,200 square meters, designed with a focus on efficient and intuitive passenger processing. The terminal is organized over two main levels to separate arriving and departing travelers effectively, minimizing congestion during peak periods. The upper level houses the main departure hall, including multiple check-in counters and security checkpoints, while the lower level is dedicated to the arrival zone, featuring baggage claim carousels and exits to ground transportation. The airport is served by prominent domestic carriers such as China Eastern, Xiamen Airlines, and Shanghai Airlines, providing non-stop connections to major Chinese hubs like Shanghai, Chengdu, and Wuhan.
