Jining Da'an Airport (JNG) is a modern aviation facility that officially opened on December 28, 2023, serving as the primary air gateway for Jining City and the surrounding southwestern Shandong Province, China. It replaced the older Jining Qufu Airport, providing significantly upgraded infrastructure and capacity to support the region's robust economic development and international tourism, particularly for those visiting the historic sites of Qufu, the birthplace of Confucius. The airport is located in the Yanzhou District, approximately 30 kilometers from the Jining city center, and serves as a vital transportation hub for the region.

The airport features a single, state-of-the-art passenger terminal that elegantly incorporates traditional Confucian cultural elements into its contemporary architectural design. The terminal layout is focused on providing a seamless and intuitive travel experience, with the ground floor housing the main check-in hall, airline service counters, and a spacious arrivals area with modern baggage claim carousels.
