Grozny Airport (GRV), officially designated as Akhmat Kadyrov Grozny International Airport, is a major aviation hub located approximately 7.5 kilometers north of the city of Grozny in the Chechen Republic, Russia. It serves as a vital international gateway for the North Caucasus region, providing critical connectivity for domestic travel within Russia and regional international routes. The expansion project also includes the construction of a new 3.2-kilometer runway and four modern jet bridges capable of serving up to 12 aircraft simultaneously.
