Dongying Shengli Airport (DOY) serves the city of Dongying and the vital Shengli Oilfield region in Shandong Province, China. Following a significant 2010-2011 expansion project, the airport features a modern 25,380-square-meter terminal building and an upgraded 4D class runway capable of accommodating medium-haul aircraft like the Boeing 767. The facility is a key transport hub for the Yellow River Delta and supports the industrial and commercial growth of the second-largest oilfield in China. The terminal is organized into a dual-level structure designed for efficient passenger flow. The first floor houses the arrivals area, baggage claim, and comprehensive check-in counters, while the second floor is dedicated to departures and security screening.
