Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), also known as Bob Hope Airport, is a convenient and highly efficient regional aviation hub located in Burbank, California, approximately 12 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. Ground transportation at BUR is exceptionally well-organized, with all services integrated through the Regional Intermodal Transportation Center (RITC). This center houses on-site car rental agencies and provides a hub for public transit, including Metrolink trains and local bus services. Metrolink's Burbank Airport North and South stations offer complimentary, on-demand shuttle service directly to the terminal doors. Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft have designated pick-up zones located on the ground transportation islands directly in front of the terminal.
