Ensure you carry cash (XOF) for all local fees The road transfer is only as good as the pickup waiting at the airport, which is why the host contact matters more than the terminal itself.
There is currently NO regular scheduled commercial airline service If arriving by air, ensure you have pre-arranged a pickup through your local host or guesthouse. Podor is best approached as a river-town transfer point, so the pickup should already know whether you are going toward the town center or the ferry/river edge.
